| At Creating Bags, we do not have a minimum order quantity. You can order a single unit or as many as you need. |
| The more units you order, the lower the unit price will be. When using our customiser tool, you can check how the price varies depending on how many units you wish to order. |
| You can acquire a sample by simply ordering 1 unit. Customise your bag and add it to your basket. |
| Deliveries should take no more than 15 working days (if the product does not feature a print). If you need your product sooner, include this information in the order comments along with the date that you need to receive your order. If we are not able to deliver your product in time, we will inform you as soon as we can. |
| We offer free delivery for all orders over €250. |

| Yes, when registering to place your order, there is a section that gives you the option to request a VAT invoice. |
| Yes, at Creating Bags, you have the option of returning your order or sample in the following circumstances: – The order or sample has not been customised or made to custom measurements. – The order or sample is in good condition – The order or sample has not been used and does not show signs of use. Once we receive your return, our inspection department will check the condition of the product. We will then proceed to refund your money using your original payment method. |
| All prices and quotes are valid for 1 month from the date of receipt or invoice issue date. Once this period has passed, prices and quote conditions may vary. |
